The mission of the Business Launch Fund is to support the development of for-profit companies that have been legally incorporated, or when all the shares in a company have been acquired within the last 2 years.
It provides these organizations with non-refundable financial assistance for their projects, as well as support services.
The business and the project must qualify for refundable financial assistance (loan) from the Fonds locaux d'investissement (FLI) equivalent to the amount of the Business Launch Fund.
