In order to be eligible, you must demonstrate that your construction, demolition, reconstruction, renovation or expansion work results in a minimum increase of 30% in the building’s property value. The building must be located in one of the three industrial parks to which the program applies.
You have until December 31, 2025 to submit an application for financing under the this program.
