Our Urban modernization Program (property tax credit) aims to promote renovation work and optimize facilities in this fast-growing area.

A tax credit for a maximum period of 48 months, up to $1 million per year. The credit is equivalent to a percentage of the property value, established after the eligible work is completed.

In order to be eligible, you must demonstrate that your construction, demolition, reconstruction, renovation or expansion work results in a minimum increase of 30% in the building’s property value. The building must be located in one of the three industrial parks to which the program applies.
You have until December 31, 2025 to submit an application for financing under the this program.
