Complying with Bill 42
Laval économique is offering Laval companies the opportunity to attend an awareness-raising workshop on Bill42 : An Act to prevent and combat psychological harassment and sexual violence in the workplace.
The purpose of this conference is to help employers understand their new obligations now, and those to come, particularly with the addition of specific elements to be included in the Politique de prévention et de traitement des situations de harcèlement psychologique, by September 27, 2024.
Description
This activity will cover definitions and examples of psychological harassment, procedures for handling complaints, and best practices for creating a safe and healthy workplace.

Isabelle Plourde, CHRP ECH
Certified by the Ordre des CRHA as an investigator specializing in psychological harassment, Isabelle Plourde has over 20 years of varied experience in human resources management, notably in the review and development of policies for the prevention of psychological harassment and sexual violence, in compliance with current legislation and best practices. She works with companies to develop respectful and inclusive workplace processes, and conducts workplace climate analyses, proposing pertinent recommendations. She has also conducted psychological harassment investigations in accordance with the highest standards of practice. In addition, she offers coaching and training focused on best management and leadership practices to foster respectful and productive work environments.
